Shield Fire & Security (now proudly owned by Sting Alarm Fire & Security Systems) was established in September of 2009 by John Verville of Las Vegas. We are a locally owned and managed business, and we were founded on the notion that the community we serve is the community where we live.

I was very impressed by the work done and how the company handled my request. All the people I talked and interacted are very nice and easy to talk to. The problem I had was a faulty glass break sensor giving me troubles for the last two weeks. It also resulted many futile trips rendered by my community security guards. So I finally call this company yesterday. It was first suggested by Jennifer of SFS that I may be able to check out some general issues such as battery. After I replaced the battery, the sensor still kept sending out tempering signals. So I called the company again and asked for an appointment. This morning the technician AJ showed up and went through the system to replace this particular sensor. Now the system is back to normal! It’s a job well done and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Shield Fire and Security in Las Vegas!

I have had my burglar alarm system with Shield Fire & Security for awhile now and I love it! I subscribed to interactive services and can disarm and arm whenever I please even when I'm not home. Also the staff is really helpful and nice and I never reach an automated system when I call!
The service has been wonderful. The salesman was extremely knowledgeable when selling me a system. The technician was very friendly, professional and helpful when installing the system. Would definitely refer a friend.
